1- Booking and purchase

To purchase products from the e-shop online, customers must access the dedicated area of the site. Each product for sale is accompanied by a photo, description, and price, which varies depending on the country of destination. Within the e-shop, customers can select and reserve individual products. Simply indicate the quantity and confirm, after selecting any variations. The products are then added to the virtual shopping cart. All reservations made up to that point can be added, deleted, or confirmed. To confirm the order, customers can proceed as follows:

1. if already registered, via email address and password;

2. if not yet registered, proceed with registration, indicating all the required data;

3. without registering, providing the data necessary to complete the purchase when requested.

The purchase will be considered completed for Borgia Tartufi di Borgia Giuliano only when the order is confirmed by email or fax using the "Your Order Confirmation" form. Confirmation will be sent within 2 business days of receiving the order. Borgia Tartufi di Borgia Giuliano reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse the order if the information provided by the Customer is incorrect or misleading (e.g., incorrect or insufficient payment details, incorrect billing details, incorrect or incomplete shipping address), or if errors appear on the Website regarding the Products ordered (e.g., errors relating to price, availability, or Product descriptions). The information in the Catalog is as accurate as possible, but the total absence of typos or color variations due to monitors is not guaranteed.

2- Product availability and selling price

Product prices are expressed in the currency listed on the website and include VAT for countries where it applies. Prices are those indicated at the time of ordering. Borgia Tartufi reserves the right to change prices at any time, without notice. In the event of temporary unavailability of an ordered product, the Customer will be promptly notified via email and can choose whether to wait for a restocking order, replace the item, or receive a refund of the amount already paid.

3- Payment methods

Payment for the purchased products and the related shipping costs must be made by the Customer when sending the order confirmation using one of the methods indicated on the site:

• Credit / Debit Card through enabled circuits

• PayPal

• Advance bank transfer (in this case the order will be processed only after the amount has been credited to Borgia Tartufi's current account)

4- Delivery of goods and shipping costs

Purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase process. Deliveries are made via express courier within the timeframe indicated in the order confirmation (approximately 2-5 working days for Italy, variable for international destinations). Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are calculated and clearly displayed before completing the order, based on the weight, volume of the goods, and the destination country. Upon delivery, the customer is required to check the integrity of the package and immediately report any visible damage to the courier by signing "with reservation."

5- Import taxes and customs duties

For shipments to countries outside the European Union, goods may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or local sales taxes. These customs charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and cannot be quantified in advance by Borgia Tartufi. Customers are encouraged to contact their country's customs authorities for detailed information.

6- Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to the Consumer Code, the Consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days of receiving the products. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending written notice via registered mail or certified email to Borgia Tartufi. The products must be returned intact, sealed in their original packaging, and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Please note: by law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized, or goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (such as, for example, fresh or perishable food products).

7- Applicable law

The sales contract between the Customer and Borgia Tartufi is deemed to have been concluded in Italy and is governed by Italian law. For any civil dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of this contract, if the Customer is a Consumer, the exclusive jurisdiction lies with the court of the place of residence or domicile of the Consumer, if located in Italy. In all other cases, the court of the Seller's legal residence shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
